There is a Venice that makes no noise

There is a Venice that breathes far from the crowds.
Between the Giardini and the Arsenale, where art and water have spoken to each other for centuries.

La Casa del Sacro e del Profano

Above a votive shrine beloved by the sestiere, beneath a local tavern. Prayers and wine, devotion and conversation.

Beside a place where Venice once found its power, now between silence and care the heart finds its rebirth.

Three Artist Apartments

Three floors inspired by Mondrian, Monet and Leonardo. Each with its own character, its own energy.

A dual soul that today lives in a new form.
A passionate restoration has transformed a house marked by time into a place of beauty and harmony.

The Apartments

Three ways to inhabit art

01

First Floor

Casa Mondrian

Essence and form. Primary colors, clean lines, pure volumes. A serious play of geometries: living area with bold red and blue, minimal kitchen, iconic bathroom with checkered shower.

The master bedroom continues the same rhythm: white, deep blue, graphic details. For those who love design that isn’t afraid to declare itself.

02

Second Floor

Casa Monet

Soft light and atmospheres. Pastel tones, sage green, aquatic blues. Here light commands: it enters, settles, softens everything.

The master bedroom is a quiet refuge. The kitchen and living room are conceived as a small interior garden: no visual noise, only harmony.

2–4 guests

03

Third Floor

Casa Leonardo

Curiosity and contemplation. Warm beams, natural materials, contemporary lines. The space of the curious mind: discreet details that invite observation.

The highlight is the terrace looking directly onto the Arsenale: in the morning for coffee, in the evening for a glass of wine while light slides across the bricks.

Not Just Accommodation

The house can become the starting point for itineraries designed together with artists, artisans and local guides.

The Philosophy

For many, but not for everyone…

A home that asks for attention, respect, presence.

It’s the right place if

You seek experience, not just a bed

You love art, history, light and silence

You respect places and those who inhabit them

You prefer the Real Venice

You like the idea of a direct relationship

We may be on different wavelengths if…

You want nightlife, parties and noise
You think of your stay as
a quick stopover
You love hit-and-run tours
You don’t care for cultural connections
